BS4C works with the general public, particularly those living in London, while paying a special attention to BME populations and other minority groups. All its volunteers are people from the local community who share a common interest in the work of BS4C and have the willingness to make a change in the community through volunteering in one of the different projects.

Created in 2017, BS4C has as objective to empower residents in Enfield London including Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) people in the local community to achieve their full potentials by supporting the following projects that could help realize this:
- Organise workshops and training sessions to improve the skills of residents, so they can get gainful employment opportunities and increase their chances of getting meaningful employment. Promote safer communities by working together to reduce criminal and anti-social behaviours especially among young people. Promote cultural integration of people of all races, cultures and disabilities through organising joint social events to encourage integration and socialisation. Promote the work of local artists, including musicians, painters, poets and writers through workshops, trainings and exhibitions of their work.

Membership is open to anyone who agrees to abide by our rules and regulations and pays all necessary dues.
